At Borealis Adventure Camp we strive to bring together the most dynamic and positive staff team we can each summer. We go the extra mile getting to know applicants, helping the ones that are fortunate enough to join our staff team grow in so many ways.
We're picky, and that's on purpose. We covet dedicated individuals who are ready to have the summer job experience of a lifetime, full of learning opportunities and loads of fun.
We hire staff who are 18+, ensuring our camp families get the most mature staff team possible. For those under the age of 18, we offer our Young Leaders @ Camp program, exclusively for 17 year old's who wish to become camp staff in the future.

You are our medical moderator, caring for campers and staff who aren't feeling 100%. You'll manage people's medications for them, and make the call when someone needs to receive emergency medical support.
MAINTAIN OUR COOL
Maintenance
Director
Take the lead on the maintenance of program equipment and camp infrastructure to ensure a safe experience for campers and staff.
