SWIMMING

No overnight summer camp experience would be complete without the opportunity to jump off the dock as part of the adventures to be had, and at Borealis Adventure Camp swimming is at the core of lake life. The swimming area, on our magnificent private lake, is supervised by National Lifesaving Society certified Lifeguards, which allows us to offer swim training for campers who wish to grow this skill. And while learning to swim may not be for everyone, the lakefront certainly is, as campers who can't swim without the support of a personal flotation device are still invited to splash and play alongside their friends who can swim like fish, allowing even the most timid campers to enjoy this summer camp staple.
